Meet Dr. Luisa M. Iadeluca, President/CEO

Luisa M. Iadeluca has worked in the field of Education for over 20 years beginning her career as a Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten Teacher at the Belmont Community Day Care Center in the Bronx, New York.

Dr. Iadeluca worked with special needs, blind and visually impaired students as well as served as an administrator at The New York Institute for Special Education. During that time, Dr. Iadeluca served on the Board of Directors of the New York State Association for Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired.

Dr. Iadeluca taught all levels of Italian at Stamford High School while also working on her administrative internship performing school-wide and district-wide leadership duties.

Dr. Iadeluca has also served as principal of St. Columbanus School in the Archdiocese of New York as well as taught as an adjunct instructor at The College of New Rochelle in the Graduate School, Education Division.

Dr. Iadeluca served as Program Coordinator at the St. John Fisher College Ed. D. Program in Executive Leadership at The College of New Rochelle extension site. During that time, Dr. Iadeluca served as a Doctoral Intern in the Office of the County Executive in Westchester County which supported her doctoral dissertation, Investigation on Shared and Consolidation of Services in Westchester County School Districts and Municipalities to Reduce the Property Tax Burden©.

Currently, Dr. Iadeluca is President/CEO of the Meta Visions Enterprises Consulting Group, Inc.
Throughout her career, Dr. Iadeluca has been involved with civic and political organizations, working on campaigns.

Being selected, Dr. Iadeluca served on national policymaking case studies for the National Association for State Boards of Education and has contributed to the following publications:

Any Time, Any Place, Any Path, Any Pace: Taking the Lead on E-Learning Policy (2001)
Most Likely to Succeed: Policymaking in Support of a Restructured High School (2002)

Dr. Iadeluca holds a BA in Italian Studies from Fordham University; earned an M.S.Ed.in Early Childhood Education from Lehman College, City University of New York; completed an Intensive Training Institute in Teaching the Blind and Visually Impaired from Dominican College, earned an M.S.Ed.in Educational Administration and Supervision from Pace University; and earned an Ed.D.in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher College.

Dr. Iadeluca is a resident of Bedford, New York.
